Extreme Ownership
Extreme Ownership is the foundation for which our company succeeds. We have a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds, ages, and experiences, but what Extreme Ownership teaches us is that we all can speak the same language of leadership.
With help from the Echelon Front team, we have built a culture of ownership. We are open to learning and growth because our team knows the moment you stop learning is the moment you stop being a leader.
Our team participates in many events with the Echelon Front team. Some events include the Muster, the FTX (Field Training Exercise), the Battlefield Review, the Women’s Assembly, and the Council.
