How quickly can you review drawings or specs?

For most multifamily and commercial projects along the I-25 corridor, we can complete an initial drawing review and provide feedback on scope, risk, and schedule within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity and information provided. This early review helps estimators and pre-construction teams see potential pressure points in manpower, materials, and phasing before bid day.

What types of projects do you specialize in?

SSLLC focuses on ground-up multifamily, townhome communities, hotels, and commercial buildings, delivering full plumbing construction management from underground to final trim. Our systems are designed for repeatable performance on high-volume, multi-building sites.

Where do you work outside Colorado Springs and Denver?

Our core office locations are in Colorado Springs and Denver, but our field teams and subcontractor network are active from Fort Collins/Northern Colorado through Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Monument, Larkspur, and down to Pueblo and Southern Colorado. If your project is anywhere along the Front Range, we can support you.
