He oversees company vision, culture development, and operational discipline across all projects. His leadership ensures SSLLC delivers predictable schedules, clear communication, and the manpower reliability developers and general contractors trust.

Kathleen Sypniewski
Owner + Chief Culture OfficerKathleen leads SSLLC’s culture development and employee experience. She champions the company’s core values—Teamwork, Leadership, Humility, and Ownership—and supports the 80/80 goal of long-term client and employee retention. Kathleen drives training, team development, and leadership growth across the organization, ensuring SSLLC remains a place where people can build meaningful careers.

Scott Sypniewski Jr.
Chief Operations Officer + IntegratorI’m Scott Sypniewski Jr., the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at SSLLC Plumbing. Since joining the company in 2022, I’ve been focused on driving operational excellence and ensuring strategic alignment across the organization. As part of a leadership team that operates under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), my role is to translate vision into execution—keeping our team aligned, accountable, and results-driven.

David Pevey
Field Operations ManagerI’m David Pevey, Field Operations Manager for SSLLC Plumbing. Originally from South Carolina but moved to Colorado in 2018 where I met Scott Sr. I joined SSLLC in November 2022. As the Field Operations manager, I bring experience from multiple roles within the Multifamily Plumbing industry, including Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, and Project Manager.

Christine Collins
Financial ManagerChristine oversees SSLLC’s financial operations and supports the growth and stability of the organization. Since joining the company in 2022, she has helped strengthen internal processes, payroll, budgeting, and financial systems that keep the team supported and the business operating with discipline and clarity. Christine brings a service-driven leadership style to her work and is committed to supporting SSLLC’s mission, its people, and its long-term vision.

Crystal Parker
Purchasing ManagerCrystal oversees material procurement and vendor management for SSLLC, ensuring projects are supplied with high-quality products at the right cost and at the right time. With over seven years of industry experience, she brings strong attention to detail, efficient purchasing practices, and strategic supplier coordination that supports SSLLC’s field teams and project schedules. Her leadership strengthens operational efficiency across the organization.

Anthony Twiss
Project ManagerI’m Anthony Twiss, Project Manager for SSLLC Plumbing. I’ve been in the plumbing industry for over 18 years and currently hold a Colorado Master Plumber License. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in and managed all phases of the plumbing process, from rough-ins to final installations. I’m passionate about mentoring others in the trade and always eager to learn new techniques that make the plumbing process more efficient. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my weekends with my family, especially at my children’s sporting events and practices.

Jorge Fuentes
Project ManagerJorge manages project planning, coordination, and execution across SSLLC’s multi-family and commercial builds. Beginning his career in the field and advancing into leadership, he brings hands-on experience, strong communication, and a solutions-driven mindset to every project. His growth within SSLLC reflects the company’s commitment to developing leaders who take ownership, navigate challenges with professionalism, and support teams in delivering predictable, high-quality work.
