Pena Station Project

SSLLC Plumbing partnered with Trammell Crow Company on Alexan Peña Station, a 578-unit garden-style walk-up multi-family development located in Denver, Colorado. This large-scale project required disciplined execution, manpower coordination, and schedule-driven performance to support a fast-moving construction environment.

SSLLC delivered full-scope plumbing construction services, overseeing installation from rough-in through final trim while maintaining strict compliance with the Colorado Plumbing Code and jobsite safety standards. Given the project’s size and unit density, careful sequencing, material coordination, and consistent field leadership were critical to maintaining momentum across multiple buildings.
