Prairie Run Project

SSLLC Plumbing partnered with Deneuve on Prairie Run, a 135-unit mixed residential development in Hayden, Colorado. The project included a diverse housing mix consisting of live/work units, townhomes, and workforce housing—requiring adaptable execution, phased coordination, and close alignment with the overall construction plan.

SSLLC provided full-scope plumbing construction services across all building types, managing installation from rough-in through final trim while maintaining strict compliance with the Colorado Plumbing Code and jobsite safety standards. The scope included three live/work buildings totaling 18 units, four townhome buildings with 32 units, and six workforce housing buildings comprising 85 units. Each structure type required tailored sequencing and installation strategies to ensure consistency in quality and efficiency across the site.
